和几位在Flow Traders工作过的朋友聊天基本都对于他们的工作经历给出了正面评价：
公司整体气氛挺好的，基本都是聪明但温和的同事，完全不poisonous；
但是公司招人政策上这两年不是很友好，给一年合同，一年之后，挑一半人给长合同；
薪资相比optiver或者imc也差不少竞争力：薪资构成基础工资更少，bonus居多，公司赚钱的年份薪资就高，不怎么赚钱的时候就很普通

个人建议总结：
Flow Traders比较适合大部分对这个行业感兴趣但不是很aggressive的人。虽然同行业对比，薪资上没有那么强的竞争力，但企业文化相对温和，可以做到工作生活上的相对平衡、可持续发展。
